IHSS consumers must review, approve, or deny their provider’s timesheet every pay period and using the Telephone Timesheet System (TTS) to do this can be a time-consuming process. Provider Wage and Sick Leave Increase
Independent Providers (IPs) in Santa Clara County received a $0.50 wage increase to $19.54. In addition, paid sick leave for all IHSS IPs will increase from 24 hours to 40 hours every year.
IHSS Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Required
Independent Providers who do not live with their IHSS recipient will need to use one of the options below to check in and check out daily.
W-2s for Providers Will be Mailed by January 31, 2023
For the 2022 calendar year, W-2’s will be created and mailed no later than January 31, 2023 to all care providers whose income was paid in the 2022 calendar year.
Internet Explorer Cannot Access the ESP
