IHSS consumers must review, approve, or deny their provider’s timesheet every pay period and using the Telephone Timesheet System (TTS) to do this can be a time-consuming process. An alternative to TTS is the Electronic Services Portal (ESP) and Public Authority Services by Sourcewise created five simple step-by-step guides for consumers on how to use ESP.

Fall Semester Class Registration Opens in August
For more than a decade, Public Authority (PA) Services by Sourcewise has offered free care provider classes specifically created to respect the IHSS Consumer-Directed model of care.
Care Providers Can Register for Free Training
The free classes for IHSS Independent Care Providers have been specifically designed for IHSS and emphasize the consumer-directed model of care that IHSS is based on. The consumer-directed model recognizes the consumer as the boss, supervisor, and ultimate trainer in how and when authorized services should be completed.
Enroll in Free ESL Classes
The FUHSD Adult School offers several classes for free, including English as a Second Language (ESL) and a new ESL Health Foundations class specific for Health Care providers.
New Provider Training Class Registration
In-Home Supportive Services care providers who wish to register for Public Authority Services’ free training classes will be able to do so online beginning in Fall 2021.
