Notable accomplishments included hosting a highly successful consumer-provider open house headed by the Public Authority Advisory Board, featuring local community partners and resources. The report also showcases impressive growth in key performance metrics, such as an incredible 271% increase in utilization of hours available through the backup provider program.

Another progessive accomplishment achieved was the implementation of the Project Butterfly program, which is an initiative to reach IHSS consumers who have experienced long-term gaps without a caregiver.
